Which file types can we upload?Voice recordings, video, photos, scanned or native PDFs, Office documents, handwritten notes—even mine plans. If a document is legible to a human, Incident AI can ingest it. We are constantly increasing the types of file types accepted with your feedback.

Can we save an investigation and come back later?Absolutely. Investigations are stored securely in your workspace; you can pause, share, and resume them at any time.

Can it handle very large documents (e.g., 100 MB OEM manuals)?Yes, although loading time rises with file size. For bulk reference material if required we recommend our optional RAG Document Database, which keeps large files searchable without slowing down day‑to‑day investigations.

How do you reduce human bias and hallucinations?Investigations are rooted in the evidence you upload. Our “Data‑Bound Reasoning” layer and PEEPO Gap‑Finder highlight missing facts, while every output must be reviewed and approved by a human investigator before it is finalised.

Do I need to install anything?No need to install. Mineguard AI hosts Incident AI at a secure host allows you to work on your web browser.

What AI models power Incident AI?We use state of the art models that is hand picked to be secure and effective to manage the processes.

How secure is our data?All data are encrypted in transit and at rest. Generative reasoning runs on Anthropic’s model under a zero‑data‑retention agreement—Anthropic cannot store, train on or view your content. Hosting is ISO‑27001–certified and can be geo‑fenced to Australian data centres if required. Our system adheres to SOC 2 compliance principles. We can see the pillars of the SOC2: Security (prevent unauthorised access to data), Availability, Processing integrity (accurately and timely processing), confidentiality and Privacy •Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. •During transmission within the whole system, data is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS), which secures communication over the network. This ensures that information sent between clients and servers remains private and protected from interception. •We authenticate and authorise the user via encrypted tokens •The authentication is role-based. Each user can only access data that they're authorised to. •The data is encrypted in the database in multiple levels, database level and field level for user credentials, user information, configuration and incident information. •All the AOIs we're using are all SOC2 and GDPR compliant, on top of other security and privacy certifications.

What about the cost?Using the latest technologies we keep our cost base of running Mineguard AI to minimum. This allows us to charge a reasonable annual subscription fee per mine site per year. We also apply a fair use policy which is very generous and will be difficult to use in a year. (around 150 incidents depending on file sizes uploaded.) Can you deploy Incident AI on our hosts, and using our approved AI services?Yes! We call this modified Incident AI. Its highly recommended to use our choice of models to get the most out of your investigations. We only charge hourly consulting rates to deploy Incident AI using your resources.

Can you build a local AI models on premise as well to air gap invesigation process?Yes we offer this service as well. But building these tools on premise takes a lot of hardware and engineering resources, therfore takes time. We recommend this approach if you absolutely must, and with a larger scope. Consider rest of our products like (SHMS AI, Field Leadership AI, etc,,,) and run a comprehensive Safety Digitial Twin at your organization. We would love to hear more about your goals.
